Hi I'm Tariq Khan. After 15 years of the 9 to 5 grind, I decided to swap my briefcase for the barbell. Having trained at the internationally acclaimed YMCA Institute, I can help you achieve your fitness goals. My mission is to provide more than just a workout; I am here to provide a sustainable blueprint for a healthier, stronger and more confident version of yourself. Living with asthma has given me a unique perspective on the physical and mental hurdles that can stall a fitness journey. I know exactly what it's like when your body feels like it's working against you.
